NewDeal Technical Support Pack
These technical support disks contain valuable documents, tips and tricks, plus some powerful tools that can help resolve most technical issues. The NewDeal Technical Support Disks include over 1000 pages of documents.

 

NewDeal Preferred Support Plan
This support plan is for customers requiring more support than the occasional user. You will receive an entire year of telephone support, plus a FREE set of NewDeal Technical Support Disks.
* 1 plan per customer, not valid for multiple users. Limited to twelve incidents (15 minutes each) per year.

 

NewDeal TechCredit
The perfect plan for customers requiring only occasional support. Purchasing credits entitles you to pay support only when you need it. Large groups can save up to 33% by buying credits in bulk. Each support credit entitles you to one (maximum 15 minutes) technical support call.
